Registration for Textile Forum 2012

Terms and Conditions

By filling out and submitting this form, you bindingly register as a participant of the European Textile Forum, September 10-16, 2012.

The full registration fee is 300 € and includes:

Accommodation at the Laboratory is made possible by the generous support of the RGZM. Please note that we cannot give a discount if you choose to book your own lodgings.

For a binding registration, you will be required to pay up front. We will contact you with payment information once the programme is finished. You will be required to pay until July 15. In case you need to cancel your registration, please contact us per mail. Organisatorial costs of 150 Euro will be deducted from your payment if you cancel after August 1, and the remaining money sent back to you.

If you only wish to participate for a single day, it is not possible for you to stay for the common meals. You do not need to register with this form for a day pass, but we would welcome if you mail us at info@textileforum.org to let us know that you plan to come. Day passes will be 10 Euros per day.

If you wish to offer both a paper and a poster, or paper/poster in combination with a workshop, please send us an e-mail with the additional information.

Please choose one of the registration options: Full board and on-site lodging (make sure you have read the information about accommodation on-site), or only full board (you will provide for your own accommodation). If you would like to visit the conference, but provide your own food and your own lodgings, you can do so by buying day passes for the conference. Day passes are 10 € each; if you plan to come using day passes, we would appreciate your sending us an e-mail to info@textileforum.org and inform us of your plans.
